Baked shin
Instructions
Make browned in a casserole oval, with 50 g butter and 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 clove garlic, 1 sprig of Rosemary, 3 Sage leaves.
Lay the veal shank, let it cook, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with white wine.
Transfer to oven and cook the Shin for 150 minutes, occasionally spraying it white wine.
