Pork shank with vegetables
Instructions
In a large pot, place the shins, cover of cold water, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for about an hour and a half.
Almost complete cooking add salt and pepper, add the sliced carrots a little thick, sliced onions and potatoes divided into four segments.
Cook for another 15 minutes.
Add the cabbage to strips and keep on the heat until all vegetables are cooked, but rather to the tooth.
Serve this dish hot.
