Smoked sturgeon in tomato sauce
Instructions
Arrange the slices of sturgeon on a serving dish.
Add mayonnaise a spoonful at a time, lemon juice, finely chopped chives and a dozen pink peppercorns.
Pour over slices of smoked fish and serve.

- 300 g of sliced smoked sturgeon
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- 10 threads of chives
- 10 grains of pink pepper
