Morsels of ground sesame seeds with cream of fennel
Instructions
Work the ground mixed with the egg whites, flour, salt and pepper into the meat balls and dip in sesame seeds; FRY in deep oil.
Boil fennel into pieces and processing them with oil and salt.
Serve diced fennel on the cream and garnish with Basil.
