Instructions
In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, cheese, eggs and salt.
Heat the soup, pour a ladle the mixture, stir forming a cremina.
Bring the broth to a boil, pour in the cream that back afloat in a rather plain, mass divide slightly with the tines of a fork.
Add half a tablespoon of chopped parsley and serve.

- 30 g of breadcrumbs
- 40 g of grated cheese
- 3 eggs
- 150 cl of broth
- 1/2 tablespoon of chopped parsley
