Spinach gnocchi with gorgonzola cream with mascarpone
Instructions
Soak bread cubes with milk; blanch the spinach, drain, squeeze and blend the mixture along with the bread soaked in egg and 1 getting a thick dough.
Get the gnocchi (spinach gnocchi with trentini) and cook them in boiling salted water.
Melt in a Bain-Marie mascarpone gorgonzola and serve it on the plate, mirror service.
Spaghetti with tomato sauce over the drained and sautéed with butter and grated Parmesan.

- 30 g of grana
