Instructions
Formed a volcano with flour and put in the Middle the whole egg, salt, 1/2 tablespoon sugar.
Melt the butter with 1/2 glass of water and then pour it on flour.

Put on the whole surface cut apples into slices, add the raisins, almonds, a few tablespoons plum jam, a knob of butter, the minced lemon peel and sugar.
Roll up the dough by closing these ingredients inside and then passed over the strudel melted butter.
Bake in oven for one hour.
Serve sprinkling of icing sugar.
