Spinach strudel
Instructions
Boil the spinach, chop and add to the fire with butter, salt and pepper.
Off the heat, add the grated gruyere.
Let cool and add the cottage cheese, an egg and sausage, sliced.
Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle and arrange over the spinach and compounds the pine nuts.
Roll up the dough by closing the borders.
Brush with egg all over the surface of strudel and put in a hot oven at 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes.

- 300 g of frozen spinach
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 250 g of ricotta
- 100 g of gruyere cheese
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 2 eggs
- 2 pork sausages
- Little of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
