Fig appetizers
Instructions
The first thing to do is peel the figs, then, joined the pulp in a bowl and add little by little cheese and vodka.
Mix well until mixture is smooth and finally, add the salt, paprika and chopped walnuts kernels.
Stir some more and spread the cremina obtained on crackers crispy and fresh.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 12 round crackers
- 10 ripe green figs
- 120 g of robiola cheese
- 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts kernels
- 2 tablespoons of vodka
- Salt
- Paprika
