Ham appetizers
Instructions
Let the butter soften at room temperature for at least one hour, then mount it with a wooden spoon until it becomes soft.
Break breadsticks in half and spread each half with butter for breadsticks three-quarters leaving one end free.
Wash the anchovies, dry them and cut them into slices.
Place each slice on a buttered bread stick.
Cut the ham into strips and wrap around breadsticks.
Place the appetizers in a radial pattern on a serving dish.
Thin-cut radicchio and season with oil, vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Appetizers served with the salad as well.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of breadsticks of medium thickness
- 150 g of thinly sliced ham
- 150 g of butter
- 100 g of salted anchovies
- To accompany:
- 100 g of radicchio rosso
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of salt
