Instructions

Place 8 slices of bread on a flat and spread them with softened butter, which have pulled out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes prior to use.

Soon after, stuffed bread slices as if you'd like to prepare some simple sandwiches with Gruyere and Bacon and, when they are ready, press with your fingers and FRY in plenty of hot oil to sautee.

Then, draw them out of the Pan, place on sheets of paper towel, and after barely serve crispy and hot.
