Chicken in green
Instructions
Clean the leek, cut thin and let it wither with a little oil.
Add lettuce, washed well and cut into strips.
Add salt and let simmer.
Cut the chicken into pieces, toss them in the flour and cook in a little oil to get color.
Wet with wine, season with salt and pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Pass the meat in fried leeks and lettuce, sprinkle with lemon juice and serve.
