Morsels of salmon with bacon
Instructions
Cut the salmon into cubes, sprinkle the pretzels and pepateli, always coil them in a slice of bacon with half a leaf of Sage.
Attach the pieces with a toothpick and arrange on a baking sheet lightly greased.
Put in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning them every so often.
Accompanying wines: Trentino DOC Pinot Grigio, Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi DOC, Guardiola Bianco DOC.
