Diced turkey breast with peppers and radicchio
Instructions
Saute garlic and oil.
Add the pancetta, diced peppers and meat.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Deglaze with the wine and add the Rosemary.
At 5 minutes from the end of cooking add the radicchio.
Serve with a sprinkle of pepper.
