Instructions

Wash carefully tomatoes and puree through a sieve, add salt to your taste, the lemon juice and put everything in a shaker with some ice cubes.

Agitate with energy and serve in tall glasses with a sprig of fresh parsley stuck.

Stored in the refrigerator for no more than 24 hours.
