Instructions
Pass the seitan to garbage disposals.
Take a beat late garlic, onion (if used normally you can also combine carrots and celery) and parsley, sauté in a pan with the oil.
The fried seitan, Brown well (you'll know when it's ready because it will tend to stick to the bottom) stirring occasionally for at least 10 minutes, bathed with red wine, evaporate, add the tomato sauce, add salt and cook over very low heat for as long as possible through the lid.
