Instructions
Cook the rice in the water; Add salt, vinegar, sake, sugar and mix well.
Make an omelette with eggs, allow to cool and cut into strips 2 cm wide.
Peel and cut lengthwise into 8 pieces the cucumber.
Spread on a sheet of seaweed one thin layer of rice, pour a bit of wasabi sauce and mix the ingredients of your choice.
Carefully roll the seaweed and close inumidendone the border.
Leave the rolls in the refrigerator to cool for half an hour then cut into noodles and serve accompanied with soy sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 glass of rice
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sake
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt
- 10 sheets of japanese seaweed
- 1 cucumber
- 500 g of mixed fish fillet
- 2 eggs
- Wasabi sauce
- Soy sauce
