Sviekolnij salat
Instructions
Take four red turnips already cooked and 4 apples.
Peel and mash in a large hole grater and mix.
Add Peel and nuts 16 finely (immersing in a saucepan of boiling water and let boil a little so it will come off the film).
Add plenty of mayonnaise and mix and salt.
If you want a more tart flavor, add a lemon squeezed.
Add the finely chopped garlic and tempered.
Mix and pour into a bowl.
Garnish with finely chopped parsley and a slice of lemon.
