Salmon swiss
Instructions
Let soften butter.
Put soaked crumbs in milk.
In a bowl mix the chopped salmon with squeezed bread crumbs, butter, salt and pepper.
Prepare four round meatballs and mashed.
Pass through into the milk and then in bread crumbs mixed with a bit of grated lemon peel.
Take the Swiss Brown in a pan with clarified butter 4 minutes per side.
Withdrawn, dry on paper towel, place on serving dish and decorate with lemon slices cut in vivo.
