Instructions
Wash the peppers and various privatel of seeds, cut them into small cubes.
Peel, remove the seeds and cut into cubes the tomatoes.
Finely chop the onions.
Moisten the couscous with a bolus of water poured little by little then pour the semolina and add oil until the grains remain well separated from each other.
Stir the beans after they are left to cool, add the tomatoes, onions, peppers, lemon juice, parsley, mint.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with a few leaves of mint and serve.

- 1 green pepper
- == 1 yellow pepper
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 2 sweet onions
- 250 g of couscous semolina
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 2 sprigs of spearmint
- 2 lemons
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
