Instructions
Coarsely crush the 3 types of pepper, mix and distribute them on a work surface.
Marinate for 1 hour the Turkey Breast in lemon juice and salt.
Leave it to drain and spread with softened butter.
Roll it in the chopped pepper to be well-covered.
Bake at 200 degrees for 75 minutes.
