Turkey with tomato sauce
Instructions
Put the pan the fine chopped onion and oil.
Saute the onion, then add the tomatoes.
Let them warm up.
Add the Turkey, passed in flour.
Add salt and simmer 10 minutes.
It is a beautiful and perfectly healthy light meal.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 slices turkey breast (sliced by 70 g)
- 1 onion
- 250 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Flour
