Instructions

Prepare ' vanilla ice cream (see recipe).

Put in freezer a mold for bombs.

Shelled eggs, put the egg yolks into a bowl, add the sugar and stir until foam mount the two ingredients.

Subsequently incorporated the flour, stirring carefully to avoid any lumps.

Fate then heat the milk and pour it, wire to wire, on eggs.

Transfer the mixture into a saucepan and cook over low flame until lightly boiling begins.

Then remove the Pan from the heat, transfer the custard into the Bowl used previously and continue to stir until cool.

Reduce the Flake chocolate and finely pounded amaretti.

Remove from the freezer ice cream vanilla and vinegar with a wooden spoon for a few minutes in order to soften it a bit.

Join then crushed amaretti and a tablespoon of amaretto di Saronno and stir to blend the mixture.

Now remove from the freezer the mold for bombs, rivestitene the inside with foil and settle in the pressandolo ice cream with a spoon on the walls of the mold: it will be so to form a large central cavity in which, afterwards, fit the stuffing.

Enter again the mould with the ice cream in the freezer.

Meanwhile, cut into slices the bread of Spain; align two-thirds on a plate and spray liberally the amaretto di Saronno.

Densely mounted the cream; incorporatene two-thirds egg cream cold now and add the chocolate flakes.

Then mix all the ingredients.

Remove the mold from the freezer and place on ice around the slices of sponge soaked with liqueur Spain; in the residual central cavity pour the prepared cream, carefully livellandone surface.

Cover with remaining slices of bread of Spain and placed on a sheet of aluminum paper (or better still, cover with the lid of the mold).

Enter the ' bomb ' in the freezer and Miss other 2 hours.

When serving, dip the mold briefly in boiling water to unmold easily the semifreddo, then dry it and turn it upside down on the plate by rolling.

Remove the foil with which you have covered the mold and covering now dessert.

With the help of a syringe for cakes with star nozzle decorated the surface of ' bomb ' with tufts of whipped cream.

If you wish, you can complete your decor with some amaretto whole.

Serve immediately.
