Instructions

Beat the meat slices and flour them.

In a pan melt the butter and place the slices of Turkey.

Brown them on both sides, then sprinkle with the chopped Rosemary.

Add the broth and turn the meat after 5 minutes.

Dilute the mustard in a little broth and pour it over the meat.

Cover and cook for another 8 minutes.

Serve hot.
