Instructions
Brown in butter the slices of Turkey.
Wet them with wine and let it evaporate, then add 1/2 cup of broth, salt, pepper and cook covered, over low heat, for about 6-7 minutes.
Distribute the cheese over the meat, cover the Pan, turn off the heat and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 4 tablespoons of grated emmenthal cheese
- 20 g of butter
- White wine
- 1/2 cup of broth
- Salt
