Instructions

Peel the pepper seeds and white ribs, cut into strips.

Check the courgette, wash and cut into rings.

Finely chop the onion and fry it slightly in butter: when will be transparent, add the zucchini and pepper.

Add salt and pepper and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Arrange in a baking dish the meat slices, slightly crossed; spolveratele salt and pepper and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.

Cover with the vegetables and sprinkle with chopped chives.

Bake in a hot oven preparation at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
