Tagliata di manzo al juniper and red wine sauce
Instructions
Crush the juniper berries and seasoning the meat.
Cook over high heat, add salt and pepper.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile in meat pan pour the wine and reduce.
Remove the meat from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Cut it into thin slices and place it on the plate with the wine sauce.
