Sliced veal with poppy seeds, sesame seeds, scallions and spinach
Instructions
Brown the meat and brush with mustard.
Bake for 10 minutes and breadcrumb.
Reduce vinegar with shallots, add cream, salt and thicken.
Skip the spinach, already cooked with olive oil and add the pine nuts and raisins.
Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
Serve the meat with spinach sauce.

- 1 glass of cream
- 1 glass of wine vinegar
- 300 g of spinach
- 1 teaspoon of pine nuts
- 1 teaspoon of sultanas
- Salt
- Poppy seeds
- Sesame seeds
- Olive oil
