Tagliatelle with amaretti
Instructions
Crumble the macaroons, add the mascarpone, then turn gently and stir.
Cook the noodles in salted water, drain underdone, seasoning them with melted butter, then add the cream, stir and serve hot.

- 500 g of type pasta noodles
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- Butter
- Salt
