Tagliatelle with asparagus
Instructions
Steam asparagus bake for 5 minutes.
Sauté garlic and onion in oil, add the chopped asparagus into pieces and let stand for 5 minutes.
Combine tomatoes, chopped basil, salt, pepper and restrict your sauce.
Boil nicely al dente pasta in salted water, drain and place it into the pan with the sauce.
To taste and whip with butter and Parmesan cheese.

- 500 g of pasta fresh egg tagliatelle type
- 200 g of frozen asparagus
- 200 g of tomato pulp
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Onion
- Basil
- 30 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
