Tagliatelle with four cheeses
Instructions
Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain, place in a buttered baking dish, combine the chopped butter, cheeses, cut into sticks and sliced mozzarella, bake for a few minutes and serve hot.

- 400 g of type pasta tagliatelle verdi
- 1 mozzarella
- 50 g of gruyere cheese
- 50 g of provolone cheese
- 50 g of dutch cheese
- 80 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
