Tagliatelle with mascarpone
Instructions
Whisk the egg in a bowl and mix the mascarpone working fine the dough.
Cook the pasta al dente in salted water, seasoning them with the mixture, sprinkle with plenty of grated Parmesan and serve hot.

- 350 g of type pasta noodles
- 150 g of mascarpone
- 1 egg
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
