Tagliatelle with salmon (2)
Instructions
Make the dough and cut the noodles.
In a saucepan melt the butter, add the salmon cut into small pieces.
Stir and sprinkle with the juice of half a lemon.
After a few minutes add the cream, half a small glass of whisky, a pinch of salt, a pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Boil the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain, pour into the pan of sauce and place on the heat for a moment because it insaporiscano well.
Stir gently, passed on warm serving dish.
Serve.

- 280 g of fresh tagliatelle pasta type
- 100 g of smoked salmon
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 50 g of butter
- 1/2 shot of whisky
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
