Tagliatelle at the sole
Instructions
Clean the skin and bones from fillets, Cook in salted boiling water for 5 minutes with half a lemon, remove them from the water and sbriciolateli in the blender.
Seasoned with olive oil, some chopped parsley, lemon juice and ground white pepper.
Cook the noodles in salted water, drain and season with al dente sauce sole.
Garnish with remaining parsley and serve hot.

- 120 g of sole fillets
