Tagliatelle with walnuts (3)
Instructions
In a saucepan, sauté for a few minutes onion peeled and chopped 40 g of butter.
Combine the mushrooms, trimmed, washed, dried and sliced quickly and parsley.
Add salt, pepper and cook with lid for 20 minutes.
UN-shell nuts and remove the skin.
blend and add to mushrooms.
After a few minutes of cooking add the cream and remove from heat.
Drizzle the noodles cooked al dente with mushroom sauce and walnuts and serve.

- 500 g of type pasta noodles
- 1/2 onion
- 10 nuts
- 400 g of fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 150 g of cream
- 40 g of butter
