Bombs in chilled cup
Instructions
Prepare the Base for the bombs ' (see recipe).
Prepare a cream.
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and add, a little at a time, warm and filtered milk, stirring constantly.
As soon as the cream going back to boil, levatela from heat and add the cocoa, let cool, stirring.
When the base is ready, remove it from the freezer and have cloth, balls, in cups.
Cover it with chocolate cream and keep in the freezer for 2 hours.
When serving, garnish with the fruit in syrup.
