Delicate Noodles (Tagliatelle Delicate)
Instructions
Saute the chopped onions with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a knob of butter.
Combine the lettuce leaves cut into strips and the peas under cold water.
Season with salt, sprinkle with 1/2 glass of warm water and cook covered for 10 minutes.
Boil the noodles, seasoning them with the mascarpone, add the peas and stir.
Serve with grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of type pasta tagliatelle all'uovo
- 200 g of peas
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 4 leaves of lettuce salad
- 1/2 small onion
- Grana
- Olive oil
- Butter
