Tagliatelle au gratin
Instructions
Peel and chop tomatoes; also chop the onion peeled and let it dry in a saucepan with oil and butter; before browned, add tomatoes, basil, wine, salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, Cook the noodles, drain underdone, seasoning them with a little butter and half of the tomato sauce and cheese.
Transfer the dough in a buttered baking dish.
Cook the sauce for 15 minutes, pour it on the dough, sprinkle with more Parmesan and gratinate in the oven 5 minutes.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 800 g of perini tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Chopped basil
- Butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 glass white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
