Cream noodles, peas, ham
Instructions
In a pan heat 25 g butter with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, let wither the onion thinly sliced, insaporitevi peas.
Let simmer for 20 minutes, then add the cream, stir and reduce the heat.
Half-cooked, add the diced ham.
Boil the noodles in salted water.
Drain the tooth and flavour them with cheese and hot sauce.
Accompanying wines: Alto Adige Pinot Bianco DOC, Orvieto, Castel Del Monte DOC Chardonnay DOC.

- 280 g of fresh tagliatelle pasta type
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 2 slices of ham
- 200 g of shelled peas
- 1 onion
- Butter
- Grated cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
