Sanremo noodles
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large skillet, combine the tomato paste, salt, pepper and allow to Cook, to moderate flame for 10 minutes.
Then turn off the heat, add the pesto, mix well with 1 wooden spoon and keep the sauce warm.
Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain and place in a bowl.
Coat with the sauce and finish with the first grain mixed with pine nuts and chopped walnuts.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of type pasta tagliatelle all'uovo
- 1 glass of tomato paste
- 40 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of pesto in jars
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 4 walnut kernels
- Salt
- Pepper
