Noodles and shrimp scampi
Instructions
Keep aside 4 whole scampi.
Shelled shrimps and other shrimp: cut and chunks them and half of the shrimp; leave others whole shrimp.
Peel the tomatoes, strizzateli, remove the seeds, let them to threads and let them drain for a few minutes.
Finely chop the shallot and saute in oil over low heat: when will United Golden and the shrimp scampi.
Add the tomatoes, wet with wine and let evaporate for 10 minutes.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook for 7-8 minutes whole shrimp in boiling water, drain and keep warm on a plate resting on a pot on the fire.
Drained al dente noodles and sauté them with crustacean sauce and chopped tarragon leaves.
Serve garnished with scampi.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 16 red prawns
- 8 scampi
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 shallot
- 1 glass white wine
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 sprig of tarragon
- Salt
- Pepper
