Green tagliatelle alla zingara
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms, by wiping them with a damp cloth to remove any dirt, then cut them into thin slices.
Do heat the olive oil in a pan, add the diced ham and let it Brown to moderate heat for 5 minutes.
Add the mushrooms and peas, let them cook for a few seconds, then pour the broth, season with salt and a pepper and minced Cook Sweet and focus in covered container for 10-12 minutes.
