Chicken cartridges
Instructions
Boil the rice and season with a little butter and Parmesan.
Boil the chicken breast and tritatelo as finely as possible along with the ham, then add to the rice.
The related compound with beaten eggs and make balls as big as a walnut.
Bring to a boil the broth and bake chicken cartridges for a few minutes.
Serve with grated cheese.

- 200 g of chicken breast
- 100 g of ham
- 2 eggs
- 40 g of butter
