Taglierini pasta chicken
Instructions
Put in a small saucepan with a glass of water, then add the onion cut into rings, close the lid for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile wash very well the livers, the pradè, the ridges.
Blend everything until obtaining a homogeneous ground, pour it together with the onions and mix well.
Cook the noodles al dente and serve hot.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 1/2 chicken liver
- 1 whole chicken pradè
- Some of crests of cock
- 1/2 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
