Truffled cutters
Instructions
Melt the butter in a double boiler, add the cream, stir.
Add the butter, about ten inches of truffle pasta and stir.
Taste and, if necessary, add a little more dough.
Boil the noodles in salted water, drain and seasoned with truffle butter.
Sprinkle with cheese and white pepper.
Serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 280 g of type pasta noodles with egg
- 70 g of butter
- 10 cm of truffle paste in tube
- Grated cheese
- White pepper
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- Salt
