Baked Noodles (Tagliolini al Forno)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves and thorns, cut them in half and slice thin.
Put them in a pan with the garlic and parsley, washed and chopped, cover with water, add salt, pepper and cook for 30 minutes, until the water is absorbed.
Meanwhile, Cook pasta al dente, drain and dress with the sauce of artichokes.
Prepare a white sauce with 2 tablespoons flour and 250 grams of milk, stirring for 2 minutes, then knocked it on the noodles put into a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.
