Instructions
In a small saucepan heat milk, add the mascarpone and very sweet fire, melt slowly.
Remove from heat, grate the cheese a little lemon peel, adjust salt and add a pinch of white pepper.
Stir and keep warm.
At the bottom of a warm serving dish pour the juice of half a lemon to colander.
Bring to a boil the water, add salt and bake the pasta.
Drain, tip one onto serving dish and pour the sauce on top with mascarpone.
Stir quickly with two forks to good flavour.
Serve immediately.

- 350 g of type pasta noodles
- 80 g of mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of green pepper
- 1 pinch of white pepper
- Salt
