Tagliolini with salmon (2)
Instructions
Cut the salmon into strips and stir-fry with 20 g of butter for a few minutes.
Add cream and let it thicken over low heat stirring constantly then add the vodka and continue cooking, stirring.
Boil the pasta in salted water just drain and pour into the pan with the sauce.
Add the remaining butter, mix well the pasta with the sauce and serve hot.

- 500 g of pasta fresh egg noodles type
- 50 g of smoked salmon
- 25 cl of cream
- Vodka
- 60 g of butter
- 1/2 shot of vodka
- Salt
