Tagliolini with fresh tuna and peppers
Instructions
Let marinate for 30 minutes the diced tuna with garlic, lemon and 1 tablespoon oil.
Peel the pepper after flamed.
Cut it into strips.
In a Pan fry the fish, then salt, add the peppers with their water, flavoring and put the fire out.
Cook pasta and add to the sauce.
Serve with chopped parsley and a sprinkling of pepper.
