Pasta with zucchini (2)
Instructions
Peel, wash and slice the zucchini and simmer them with chopped onion in 2 tablespoons oil.
Add salt halfway through the cooking and add a pinch of Mint.
When courgettes are cooked blend, add the cream and 1/2 nut and blend again in a few seconds.
Keep the sauce warm.
Boil the noodles in salted water, drain and toss with the sauce with Zucchini, stir and sprinkle with the Parmesan.

- 350 g of type pasta tagliolini with eggs
- 300 g of zucchini
- 6 tablespoons of cream
- 1/2 onion
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 vegetable nut
- 1 pinch of mint
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
